Help Duplicate file structure and duplicate albums in gallery

Not sure if this is a problem specific to the N4 or android 4.2, but having had my N4 only 2 days now, I've discovered that there is a duplicate of my entire folder structure in a folder called legacy.

I'm also getting duplicates of each photo album in the gallery app.

is anyone else setting this? any ideas?

Update okay though I'd still like to know more about the duplicate folders in the Legacy folder, I've discovered how to solve the duplicate albums in gallery app problem.

Go into settings - apps - all - media storage. Choose clear data and then reboot your phone. this is what worked for me.
