Duplicate sent email

Hi there after an Android upgrade, my sent email is duplicating. This happened once before and I can't remember how I fixed it. I've read several threads but don't see a fix.

Thanks for the response. Yes I have cleared data and cache and it does not help. I'm using the standard Samsung email app
