Help Duplicating Widgets

[MicheleFM]

My phone decides to duplicate the widgets on one of my pages every so often. I originally though it was the specific widget, but it does it with new ones as well. It only happens on one of the 3 pages, so I deleted the page and created a new one, same thing happened. It duplicates the face of the icon, but it is nonfunctional.. so when I move one, there will be another icon underneath it, but only one will work. With my clock, it freezes the time and creates a new icon on top of it, which continues with the correct time. Attached is a screenshot of a slightly poor example of what happens (meaning only the minute on the clock is visibly frozen). Any ideas on how to solve this issue without continually having to delete and re-create the home page?
