The contacts being duplicated are My Account, Call Custmer Contact, anything related to Boost zone or Boost ID why are these being duplicated and how to delete them and to stop the duplication of these.

Check them. You probably have some of them as account contacts and some as phone contacts. Assuming you didn't flash a ROM that had duplicated contacts, go to PhotoRec - CGSecurity pull down More, go to Find and merge duplicates and let it do its thing.
Then look at the phone contacts again. If there are still duplicates, find the ones labeled Phone Contact and delete it. Phone contacts exist only on the phone - lose or destroy it and you lose the contact. Account contacts exist in Google's cloud. Lose the phone, replace it and you have your contacts back.
