During calling light blink

During calling either incoming or out going call, mobile screen blink and unable to touch the menu at the screen. ex. touch the speaker talk, end call etc.
How to trouble shoot??

Hi

That sounds like either a faulty proximity sensor
Or
You are holding a finger over the proximity sensor when looking at the phone during a call. It's used to turn the screen off when held to your ear.
