Help Dust under screen in less than 2 weeks

Somehow I've gotten dust under the screen on my almost 2 week old Warp. Taking it back to Radio Shack for a replacement so hopefully my new one doesn't get this. Noticed quite a few specks with the screen off and in direct sunlight.
 
before you take it back, Are you aware that there are spots built into the screen, they are supposed to be there. it is not dust. and unless you tried to lift up the screen or try to take if off for some reason. it is almost impossible to get dust under it. so please check out some other posts on this subject before you go back to the dealer. Hope this helps you.
 
It's definitely not the dots in the digitizer. It's dust. The only way I've been able to see the dust is with the screen off and a bright light shining on the screen. Sunlight will show u if u have the dust problem, which I'm betting most do and don't even know it.
 
He's right. Use a flashlight when ur screens off to check. I've got a little bit in mine but it doesn't really bother me at all. Wonder how it got in there??
 
OK, I took a l look at mine with a flashlight, and in the brightest light that I have inn my house, I still do not see any dust, I'm nor sure how you could have got dust into your phones, have any of you like tried to blow off your phones with a can of that dust off stuff? Maybe it got in through the back of the phone? Anyway if it is dust, it had to have got there somehow, and if it did get in then there is a way to get it out. I'm gonna look at this more closely in the day light, to see what is in mine if any, then I will report back to you all on my findings... I'm sure we all can find an answer to this problem.
 
Well I used a led flashlight also So.. it's pretty bright it's just small speks you kinda gotta angle the flashlight to see if you have any... I'm guessing it got in there during assembly.
 
How on earth can you guys find dust under the screen? I have never been able to keep my screen clean long enough to notice. My screen gets a smudge if I look at it the wrong way.
 
in mine the dust is very noticeable if you are on a webpage with a white background, I can see it as clearly as dust on the outside of it.

Point taken though, it sure is easy to get the screen dirty on the outside too :)
 
Well i have looked at it under allot of diff lights and i still do not see any specs yet. But thats not to say that mine is dust free. I just havent found anything so far.
 
I have a squishy screen in the top corners too. Great phone but poor build quality. Tried tightening up the screws on the back of the phone while pressing firmly on the corners and no dice.
 
This was zte's response to my email complaint about the dust

Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for contacting ZTE. Our product is qulified. In your case,it is out of warranty. If you need to clean it,you will be charged.

Wow definitely think twice before buying a zte phone seems like they don't give a shit. .its says qualified, for what lol
 
Mine had dust as well, I took the back cover off and removed the 4 corner screws which lets you slightly pull the front cover away from the screen. Shot some canned air in there and dust is gone.

How's it out of warranty??? Don't it come with a 1 year warranty????
