I just got the app a few hours ago and it appears to be a keeper. Interested what you think about the G2 after running the Moto. It may take some time to get used to the UI differences but I can say that the stock experience is easily the best I've had on any Android phone. Let us know how it goes!

If you really miss the active notifications of your Moto X there's an app out there that gets quite close to approximating it, called OpenMic+. It is a little bit of a battery hog, but the battery in the G2 is impossible to kill.
