hi,I am beginner to android i am developing app which i want to develop it for generalized purpose so that it should connect to any server when particular ip address is specified is it possible in android.

Yes - it's called a web browser, and you can connect to any site with its name or its IP address.

If you mean all servers using all protocols, no, The app would be too large to fit into a phone (or probably a laptop).
