Help DZ09 Smartwatch - insert Sim Card

There's quite a few cheapo Chinese smart-watches with that designation, DZ09.

It might not necessarily require a carrier SIM. Usually you pair it with your phone via Bluetooth, the phone will need to install the manufacturer's supporting app for it, basically to send notifications to the watch via Bluetooth, for voice calls, transfer pictures, etc. Website URL should be in the watch's documentation somewhere, or the watch shows a QR code and you scan with your phone, and that downloads the supporting app.
Be aware these are NOT Android Wear compatible, and can't install Android Wear apps, unlike say Huawei Watch or Moto 360. Also many of these things already out there do not work Marshmallow 6.x or later, and will likely never be updated.
