Help E:cannot load voulume/misc!

Is my phone gone or can it be fixed

That's an error message that pops up in recovery. If your phone can boot to Android, you should be okay.

ok so when I turn my phone on it goes to the virgin moble red screen and then shuts of then goes right back and does the same thing over again, so I held down the volume down button and the power button and it so android system recovery <3e>

reboot system now and I did that
wipe data/factory reset I did this one last
wipe cache partition then I did this one

still nothing! what do I do? I lost my son's first laugh on video because of this.

It's really easy, all you have to do is use the volume buttons to control what button to press, and the power button to select "Reboot now"

E:Cannot load volume means nothing at all

P.S Virgin is your phone carrier, not the people who made the software, the people who made the software are google, they called it "Android"
the little green bot in the background is called Andy the android
