i agree maybe $200 might be more like it. but two weeks of battery life sounds great to me.
$300, going up to $400, seems a bit too high. I'd love its battery lasting two weeks per charge, but didn't see anything else about it that screams BUY ME!
e-Ink displays are fine for static text, but for a phone UI I'd think they'd become annoying very quickly.
But since you wouldn't be able to use one for games, videos, navigation, or even a camera, can imagine that a phone that only had an e-Ink display would indeed give impressive battery life

Think you're going to be limited to reading, browsing{with slow clunky scrolling), messaging, phone calls, music, and perhaps, sudoku and crosswords with this thing.
