HI I'm from Wa State. I am being sent a new phone when I go to reset my password which I forgot. It asks for my e-mail and password, neither works. What do I do?

Welcome to AF. You mean Google account? If so try to do it from PC and see if you can reset/recover it, if not you can always create new GMail account and go from there.

Some have seen that after resetting their Gmail password from the web that the new password does not sync immediately to their phone. IF you go to reset your password be prepared to wait a while for the phone to sync with Gmail.
