e-mail app

I presently boot cm 7 from SD card and use aol and gmail and I realize the Nook Tablet has limitations. I have some contacts who will not tolerate a forward with any E-mail addresses visible but mine so for them I use my notebook.
My question is there an app or an E-mail program that allows cut and copy and paste. I feel fairly certain there is not, but had to ask. Should have invested more $ and got ipad

I'm not familiar with tablets, but have you tried holding down your finger over the text and making a selection close to the lines of "select word" or "select text"? You should be able to paste your cut or copied text into any textbox from there.
