e-mail attachment help

E-mail attachments through Hotmail will not open using Adobe. Verizon is the carrier.

Are they pdf attachments? An attachment will only open with the program that can open that file type.

It is a .zip file which is not opening. Single pdf files open without problem.

You need to download Androzip off the play store.

Save the attachment where it's easy to find then use Androzip to locate, open and extract the files.

Thank you, nigsy. I just tried WinZip before reading your reply and it worked in this instance, but I will remember your suggestion just in case...
