E-mail Chase for a Banking App!!! (like iPhone)

I was browsing through Android Market last night and saw an app for Chase...don't have an account there so I didn't look further but probably should check it out...
 
It's not the real deal. I saw it too and it was developed by some third party company named Kinetic Color Creative who decided to use the Chase logo (I'm guessing without their permission) and from the Comments its just a a shortcut to the Mobile Banking Website. It looks a bit sketchy to me so I'd stay away from it until a legit app comes out developed by Chase.
 
I know someone who works at Chase and they said they read on the company intranet that it was to be launched 9/17!!!

Can't wait to make deposits on the fly!

I did that form & sent it.....been a week and no response. I guess they figure that they can't keep up with the volume and just stopped trying

I've been using Android BAnking for a few months and it works great.
I know some probably dont want to risk using a third party app, but this one has been good to me and I'll keep using it until the official app is available.
