e-mail notification sounds for different accounts

I have two accounts on my phone, G-mail & Comacast, I swear I was able to have two different notification sounds for them, but I can't figure out how to do it. If I click on mail and open it up I go to menu Button>more>settings>notifications but all I can do is either turn the notification on or off. I can't set an individual sound for each email acct.

Anyone know how to do this?

Are you using both the Gmail app and the Mail app, or just the Mail app? If you're using Gmail, it's simple to do two different notification sounds.

For your Comcast account, you can set a general notification sound from Home Screen>Menu>Settings>Sound & Display.

For your Gmail account, open up the app and go to Menu>Settings, then scroll down to Notification settings, choose Select Ringtone. That will give you a unique sound that only works for that account (if you add another Gmail account to the app, you can choose a different notification sound).

If you're using the Mail app for both of them, I think you're out of luck. But if you're using the Gmail app for your Gmail account, hopefully this will help. I personally use the Gmail app for as much as possible – it's WAY more intuitive and comprehensive than HTC's Mail app.
