Help e-mail to text help

I have an evo and I would like to forward a pic I received in an e-mail but I want to forward it via text, not e-mail.Is this possible?Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Download the picture in your email. It should save on your sdcard and show in the gallery under downloads. Open it and hit menu>share and then go to messages or whatever sms/mms app you use.

how do I download it?
the only options it give are ..received,see conversation,compose,mark unread,delete, and forward

All I get is a magnified box near the title at the top.I tried the obvious stuff before I posted.

Does it show the filename at the very bottom of the email? Can you click on it?

I'm trying to think of this from memory as I don't have an email with a picture to look at right now.

No looks like it was copy and pasted.Nothing but topic ,date and pic.
