I no longer get my e-mail from metro, I called an of course I don't understand a word,,, 72 years ol don't give me all that talk just get me my e-mail back
 
If you're 72, you already know that to solve a problem, you first have to know what the problem is. They symptoms help, but they aren't the problem. The answer to "Doctor, how do I stop sneezing?" depends on WHY you're sneezing. The answer to your problem depends on WHY you're not getting your email. (The age reference wasn't a shot - I remember the day FDR died too.)
