Hi I'm having trouble with earbuds first my old pairs volume started getting really low, do I assumed they got busted but my new pair when connected doesn't even say it's connected the volume still comes from only the phone and when I raise it up or down it doesn't show the headphones picture next to the volume

Hello there!
Welcome to AF :)
Can you give us some info as far as the device you are using and the earbuds you are using?
Like make/model/carrier/Android Version of the device, and make/model of earbuds? Corded or bluetooth?
Recent updates on the device? What media player are you using to play the music?

Info like that ;)

Bio world earbuds but they work with other stuff my problem is that my phone won't even acknowledge that that they're plugged in

Sounds like the headphone jack itself has a problem. ZTE service and repair required. Maybe a cold solder joint possibly, given that the volume originally went low, and then seemed to have packed-in completely.

Whatd a cold solder

A bad connection between the headphone jack and the circuit board it's fixed to, and could have been a manufacturing defect. If it is that, could certainly account for the low volume and then not working at all. A competent and/or professional phone repairer might be able to fix it. Is the phone still under warranty, because this should be covered by it. If you're in an EU country, I believe it's a mandatory two year manufacturer warranty for products now.
