Help Ear speaker problem?!

Hey everyone, I have the One V and I'm absolutely in love with it. But, I have a major issue.

When I make or receive a call, my ear speaker does not work. It's as if mute is constantly on! I've made all volumes upto 100%, made sure mute is off. Speaker phone works wonderfully though. I haven't tried Bluetooth yet.

I've factory resetted it and still have the issue. Wondering if anyone else has this problem or a possible solution...

I've contacted VM about it, but don't think they'll know what to do.

It kind of sounds like a problem with the in call speaker to me. If it works on speakerphone (or through headphones/bluetooth) then it is most likely a hardware issue and VM should replace it.

sounds like a defective handset. you should return/exchange it
