Early upgrade

Today I called up T-Mobile asking for a PAC code, indicating that I wanted to leave them. I am 2 months away from the end of my contract.

When asked why I was leaving, I said I was unhappy that they were reducing their Fair Usage Policy from 3GB per month to 500Mb per month

They offered me an upgrade on the spot if I stayed, something the T-Mobile retail shop could not do.

I got the Desire HD on a 24 month contract for

I'm about to switch to T-mobile and its always good to hear great customer service stories.
