Earphone plug broken?

Have the Aristo 2 PLUS. All three of my earbuds stopped working the same day.. Looked around the features but could not find anything that would offer diagnostics on this. Guidance sought.
 
have you tried them on a different device? or tried other headphones on the device? the idea is to rule out if it is the headphones or the phone itself.
 
Unlikely that all three earbuds could fail at the same time. Have you tried restarting you LG and then see if the problem still exists?
