Help Earphone problem help.

Greetings, been lurking the forum. You guys are awesome. So ive had this awesome phone about 2 months and the other day as I was jogging the music suddenly stopped and when earphones are plugged in the audio goes in and out. Ive tried using compressed air to get maybe something that was interrupting the signal or something along those lines and even used a q-tip to try to see if maybe there was something caught in there. Ive reset the phone both normally and hard reset.Ive also tried several earphones and the earphones are not the issue. However havent been to successful . I contacted LG and im sending in for repair on Saturday.Just dont really want to send it in because they said the whole process could take a month. THANKS and hope to hear from you guys.

Try going to a metro store, sometime's they'll replace it right there on the spot, other times they'll charge $15 or $30 for a replacement. Just depends. If there is a crack anywhere on the screen, you'll have to buy another phone. They won't exchange broken/cracked screens.

I have the same prob..kinda Irked bout it..think its an lg thing.. My temp fix is Bluetooth headphones.. Too much customization to do a full wipe and replace for now..
