Help Earphones not working. Help!

Good question Valantina, I have had that happen and it's usually because the pin isn't fully pushed deep into the phone. Try pushing in the jack firmly and maybe even giving it a twist to make sure it's in nice and tight!

No. It's completely fine when they're not plugged in.
Hmm, I see. If I were you I would try with another set of headphones and it is works fine then you have some faulty headphones. Perfect excuse to buy new ones :D. Let me know what happens.

I tried different earphones and they worked fine. I haven't even had my ones for 2 months.

I tried that and it still didn't work. I also plugged them into my laptop and they didn't work either, until I changed the Left Right balance. They work fine on my laptop now though.

At least it's not a total loss so far , you can always use them with the PC at least. Maybe if you find a player for Android that lets you adjust the left/right balance that would solve your problem like it did for the laptop!

Any app recommendations for this?
