So i poked around more in the forums, found a couple threads i missed at first. I blasted it with some compressed air, seems to have fixed it. I saw 2 main trends (1 dust on speaker (2 speaker loose. I find it unlikely that the speaker is truly loose, and a little compressed air "seats" the speaker, but who knows. I really don't want a "like new" replacement.
Course i also realized that with texting and email, i havent hardly made any calls in the week or so i had the phone...
