I do a lot of tabletop gaming and use images to help set mood. I need an app or something that will let me create an app, that will let me organize photos into categories and tap a thumbnail and display the larger image. Like a soundboard for images. Advice?

Well.. you could use google photos... and put the images you want in an album... that should do it for you?

yes, Google drive is fast and secure for all types of google docs. Images which you want to be resize ca easily possible in Google photos

should be fine especially if you've clicked on the pictures you're interested in before...
(if you can see the thumbnail with the network connection turned off everything is fine)
