easy to root tablet

I would like to buy two rooted android tablets for my two children of 8 and 6 years old. At present they are playing unusefull games on the tablet of my wife. I'd like to buy a rooted tablet and be able to disable Google Play, social hub and other apps that can't be disabled. Instead I can send useful language and math games through my online Google Play account.
I found some info about the "root 101" pre-rooted tablet but can't find where to buy it.
Can anyone recommend a tablet that is easily rootable and give me the correct information (or link) I need to root the device, of around 200 EUR/250USD ?

Nexus 7 - Google

Just so you know, removing or disabling the Google Play app on a device could possibly prevent installing apps via the browser based version.
