Ebay motherboard flashed to MetroPcs. Flash back to Sprint?

The motherboard in my S4 went bad, so I bought a replacement off ebay. Got it in and it works, but it has been flashed to MetroPcs, and I need to get it back to sprint. I've already odin'd a stock sprint mk2 rom, and when the phone boots up it has the sprint logo, but no service. When I looked in the settings under username it was still a metro address, but *2 does take me to sprint zone..

How can I flash it back to sprint so I can activate it on my acct?

If it's a MetroPC dedicated logic board, you may have get it unlocked to enable the use of another carrier SIM.

If you have procured a 2nd hand logic board and it's dedicated - you may get an unlock code free or at low cost. I've been through this process and got an unlock code free. It will still have the original carriers start display (my experience) but I can live with that as the phone rarely gets completely shut down.

It's a sprint board that was flashed to metro. I have it back to sprint now, and have signal, but the meid# is wrong so I still cant activate it. Trying to find a way to write the correct meid now.

Dial *#06# for IMEI or *#12580*369# for software & hardware info.

The IMEI was corrcect, but the MEID was corrupted, and was not matching. Was able to fix it using DFS. Phone's activated and back on the Sprint network.

When I 1st turned it on, it was just error after error, unfortunately, x app/process has stopped. Rebooted into recovery, and wiped dated/cache, and it worked fine. This morning, I seen there was an update, so I rebooted to install it. went back to all the errors again, and had to boot into recovery a number of times before it would stop trying to update over and over. Figure I'll probably just have to odin the newest fw.

I've rooted, modded, and ran custom fw on alot of phones, including S4's, but I've never had one give me the problems that this S4 has.
