Help ebay xyboard 10.1 not charging

I just received a xyboard 10.1 from ebay. It came fully charged with 100%. After syncing some files and doing some setup, the charge was down to 70% so I put it on the charger. The icon shows that it is charging but the percentage never goes up!!! I've tried my cell phone chargers with the same result. Anyone know what the problem is?

I think it's a just displaying wrong. Reboot and the charge level should be higher.

The problem seems to have fixed itself.

The xyboard requires more juice (amps?) than a normal micro usb charger. Make sure to use the OEM charger or one you know puts out enough power.
Edit: my xyboard 10 charger Output: 5.0V - 1.6A
