Ebook Reader with look up function

I was used in my old Palm device to use an app called Plucker which was able to look up in a offline ienglish-italian dictionary (bdicty) with a single tap on a word.
Is the an app for Android which can do this function? It's important that the dict works offline because when I read books I'm not connected to the network.

For ePub books you can use Moon+ Reader with an offline (single tap) dictionary.
But you can't choose your own dictionary.
