Is there an ebook reader app that will let me synch my books (imported books) across all my devices (phones and tablets)? I tried Kobo, but it doesn't seem to synch ebooks that I've imported. I think it only synchs books that are purchased.

I use a Calibre server on my desktop computer, and FBReader (with the OPDS plugin) reads from that quite well.

Yes, Montano Reader and Kindle :)

For imported ebooks to sync with the Kindle server you have to email the ebooks to Amazon before, for converting and storing on the Kindle server. You can send any kind of ebooks and docs, no need to convert them by yourself :)
The Kindle app will give you your personal email address for this.

Moon+ Reader will sync to Dropbox but looking at the procedure, it seems like a pain. As mentioned Mantano will as well but you have to pay for that monthly service and the price increases depending on how many devices you wish to sync.
