Root Eclipse A3 troubles

I've checked over at the eclipse forums and nobody else seems to have had this issue. I've been using this a my dd since the day it was released and so far it is the smoothest ROM I've found (other than CM9 but I need data) but the last few days I've been having a really weird bug. I'll be in the settings menu and the dark theme will revert to the original white. Sometimes it will go away after a minute but sometimes it takes a reboot. Its not really hurting anything but I just thought it was really weird. Anyone else having this issue?

I haven't and I've been running it since you have. Might just want to flash it over again. No need to wipe data, just wipe delvik, and cache.

I just got stuck into a boot loop. I installed halo hd launcher yesterday to advert the touchwiz errors. Todat about 40 min ago i uninstalled touchwiz since it was still giving me errors. had about 7 reboots in the last hour while sending texts. about 20 min ago while sending a text it rebooted into a boot loop. pulled battery. still boot loops.

right now i have wiped both cache and am reinstalling this rom.

I uninstalled touch wiz this morning after I refreshed the ROM been have significantly less reboots. Haven't had the issue I mentioned above since then either. I've found that nova launcher runs much more smoothly than any if the others. I'm really excited about the next progress release for this ROM. Other than CM9 this is the smoothies running ROM I've found.

while browsing facebook i had a endless bootloop again for 30-40 min. wiped the caches, power on, spend the next 20min at the "starting applications" screen box. power off, wipe caches, flash alpha3 again everything seems ok again. i bet it will bootloop again later tonight.

always does this if i remove touchwiz....but even if i use a different launcher...touchwiz still give me errors.

That is strange. I only got touchwiz errors when I was using it. The only reason I uninstalled it was to clear up some space. Have you removed any other system apps?

I have not had a single error with TouchWiz, or anything else. Have been using Nova but have not uninstalled Touch Wiz. Have you tried clearing the data/cache for it? Since it's been an issue over multiple flashes I'm guessing it's a setting or app you keep restoring. Have you tried not installing or changing anything for a while after a clean flash?

I've also had very few reboots: the few I've had were when I wasn't even doing anything, phone was just sitting there.

I get anywhere between 2 and 10 reboots a day, some of them while I'm using it some not. Other than that and gmail force closing every couple of hours. Its been great since I refreshed it.
