Hello Folks, I have jsut bought an Eclipse Dual Sim Android 2.2 Mobile phone. This is my first Android phone and I am lost
I have tried to download settings from my two mobile phone service providers. But both say they cannot identify phone and cannot text me the appropriate settings to download.
Anyone have any idea how I can address this problem apart from throw the phone in the bin. I will also phone my service providers tomorrow and see what they suggest.
Also I can only access a qwerty keyboard, but I prefer the older standard phone keyboard. Can I download an app for this or is it hiding somewhere in the phone
Thanks in advance for your replies.
