Eclipse Novus dual SIMM - Missing Menu Items

Hi All,
My new Chinavasion CFVD-M180 Eclipse Novus dual SIM Android 2.2 phone does not connect to 2g/3g data networks.

WiFi works fine, as does Bluetooth, and of course the Phone bit works as expected

I've tried to set the APN as per the Providers instructions but the option in the APN settings page for setting the MMS Protocol to WAP 2.0 is not present.

Also missing are menu items for Enabling Mobile networks, and restricting to 2G networks. There may be other choices missing but I don't know the full set of choices.

I wonder if there is an update that can add the missing stuff and make it work as expected.

Hi there If you havent already Enable Data Roaming, that should fix the problem.
