Nitro has done it again! I have installed his rom for the .246 OTA official update and love it!
If you've ever ran one of his roms, things are a little diffferent. You have to be running safestrap version 3.05 to intall this new rom. This means you cannot have bionic bootstrap installed (CWM).
(EDIT 11-4-12) A couple of users have claimed to successfully flashed Eclipse 1.2 with bionic bootstrap (CWM), do so at your own risk.
What I did was uninstall bionic bootstrap in system settings/apps, rebooted into stock recovery and cleared the cache. Rebooted the phone and installed safe strap. I rather like safestrap! This is how I did it, I don't if it's the right way to uninstall bionic bootstrap but it worked for me.

Also, keep in mind, safestrap is going to install Eclipse or any other rom to your internal sd card, make sure you have enough room! I personally used the two gig option when setting up the slot for eclipse.

The video is for safestrap version 3.04 but it is the same method for version 3.05. I chose this video because the guy was very thorough. If you want a different video, go to youtube and enter search terms "How to install bionic safestrap". One more thing to note to clear up any possible confusion, version 3.05 is for the droid razer, Bionic and droid 4.
One final note. DO NOT try to use safestrap for restores made with the bionic bootstrap (Clockwork recovery) to make a restore! If you don't plan on going back to clockwork recovery, it would be best at the very least save your clockwork backups on your computer or delete them all together.
