Anyways, to answer his question I think it might be possible, but due to different specifications of the two devices, the results could/would be entirely different.
Edit: If it's simply an Android app then it'd be easier to add it as long as it's compatible with the version of Android we use (4.x), if it's literally integrated into the system it makes things more complicated in several ways.
