Parse error during doing what?
If you're trying to install an app you got from somewhere other than the Play store, it's telling you that the app won't work on your hardware, your version of Android or both. (It's even been known to happen once or twice with an app gotten from the play store - in that case, turn the phone off, wait about 10 minutes, turn it bck on, go to the play store and install the app again.)
