Edit Keyboard Layout?

I have need of a keyboard that basically has the 10 numbers, and a U and P. How can I modify an APK of a keyboard that I like the number layout of, and switch two of the punctuation marks with those letters instead?

Lots of layout option in Kii, but don't think you can actually change keys. I believe there's a split layout with letters at left and right with numbers in the center.

I've found the split layout one, but the size of the numbers is too small in portrait mode.
