HI,
I am tossing up whether to buy the Microsoft Surface Pro or the new Galaxy Note 10.1.
Before making up my mind I need to be absolutely certain that I can download ebooks andmags and highlight, cut paste,underline etc these publications.
I have been seeking an answer to this question for a while with no result . Can anyone help please.
