Efficient Remote Work Monitoring

Hello all.
Can anyone make some suggestions on software available to monitor emails, facebook usage etc.
Being able to monitor remotely would be a big plus!

Monitor remotely? Most of those can be used via a computer. Why do you want to "monitor" remotely?
