Is this a question? To me a "MIP" is a "minimum-ionising particle", but I suspect you had something else in mind. ;)

eHRPD is a software layer that was used during the evolution of CDMA networks to LTE. That's about all I know about it.

65536 = 0x10000 = 2^16.
 
I googled MIP:67 and found this Boost Mobile link. It is for the LG Stylo 4, so I think it pertains.. I hope this helps.
