Hi all . i have the htc desire and recently was able to download music via the ringdroid link .. however i would like to know how i can use my music as a text tone .. i am very frustrated as i love my phone but to me it would be easier to man the spaceshuttle than work this prob out !!

To set a music clip up as a ringtone, you need to first prepare a 15 to 30 second clip from your chosen music. Ringdroid is a perfect choice to edit your music files into suitable length clips. Next save the clip to a directory on your SD card called Ringtones. Next go into your text messaging app, click Messaging Settings, and then scroll down to default ringtone.
