I'm a veteran iPhone user (since day 1) and unashamed Apple fanboy, but don't let that turn you off.
I'm also an employee of one of the Big 3 US telecoms, so I carry a Samsung Moment as well because hey, they pay me to. My history of smartphone ownership includes Palm Treo's in various releases, the Palm Pre, The HTC Hero (returned after one month -the virtual keyboard was a dealbreaker; maybe I'm too used to the speed and accuracy of my iPhone there), and now the Samsung Moment.
Thought I'd join to take advantage of some community knowledge and maybe share my own expertise where and when appropriate.
