sorry for dragging this through the mud again but after a lot of calls, emails I finally made progress and being with them for 10+ years diddnt hurt. Talked to a nice" Higher up" customer rep Got a free slide today, (8gb sd came with it......it was a samsung card!! lol)
I had to send back the behold..no problem there.
