Email app/issue

quick question...i am coming from the original INC....

i loved how the email app was able to pull email by the day and time. for example i could setup my work email to be pushed from 4pm-6am (since i am in the office the other times). i could also setup yahoo mail to download at certain times/days etc. i can not do this on the SIII. Is there something i am missing or does anyone know of an app that can do this. Thanks in advance.....
 
try the following
settings-personal-accounts and sync-select an account-settings-select the account in added accounts...

And there you might find what you are looking for

thanks. but unfortunately i already tried that. that only gives me the option for # of minutes between syncs...
