Email app needed w/ SMTP settings

[cooncat]

I have a couple of POP3 boxes that I've been using for many years that have no associated SMTP servers. My new home internet provider is providing SMTP, but their server will only send mail with their provided mailbox as the return address, which isn't acceptable. I've gotten around this on my PC with a client that allows me to set an alternate SMTP envelope using their account address, which their server takes. Is there an Android email app with a configurable SMTP envelope? I've been sending through Gmail, but would prefer something else. Many thanks.

Hi cooncat, and welcome to Android Forums

It's been a bit since I used it last, but AquaMail is a very configurable email client. Give it a try and see if it works for you

Thanks. I'm currently using AquaMail for my incoming email. I really like it, but it doesn't have the setting I need.
