Help email app stopped working . ..please help

I have a Galaxy Tab 4 with Windstream email setup using the email app. When I open the app and click on an email the message does not open and all the messages start to slide off the screen to the right and eventually it goes off completely. Each time I tap on the screen is when the messages move to the right. I have turned the Tab off and back on but the issue still persists. Can anyone help with this issue?? can't Read any of my yahoo or aol or any mail ...
