Email App

Hi,

I am new to this forum so please forgive me if this has been discussed previously.

I used to have a Nokia mobile. A few months ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy S2. With the Nokia I was able to set the email app not to check for emails between certain times, in my case at night, as I left the phone on and didn't wan't to be woken up by a notification chime.

Anybody know of an email app which has this capability?

Lots of "scheduling" apps. (Tasker, Power schedule). Just put it in airplane mode if you don't want to be disturbed. I have my syncing set to off, so I check mail manually whenever I feel like it. No drain, no notifications.

Thank you for your help. Have installed K9 and selected the "Quiet Time" option. Just what I was looking for.
