Email apps with more delete options

Anybody know of an Android email app which permits the following options for deleting, selectable on an email by email basis?:

1. Delete from the device, do nothing on the server (so that when I download to my computer running Outlook, the email comes into the Inbox),
2. Delete from the device, mark as deleted on the server, so that when I download to Outlook, it goes directly into the Outlook Deleted folder.

If 2 is not possible (might be an Outlook limitation), I could live with 2b: Deleting off the device causes the email to be moved to the deleted folder on the server (doing so means that it won't be downloaded by Outlook, but at least it's accessible on the server in a pinch if necessary).

I'm currently using K-9, and have tried all 3 options:

a. Do not delete on server - does 1 above, but many emails I don't want to see a second time in my Outlook Inbox, thus the need for an email by email decision capability.
b. Delete from server - this makes it completely inaccessible, even on the server (it doesn't move it to Trash/Deleted - it's GONE). I prefer to have the ability to access deleted emails in some way.
c. Mark as read on server - seems to function just like a.

If there's a way to get what I'm after within K-9 or another app you're familiar with, I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Very interesting this has not surfaced a solution. As archaic as it may be at this point, my Blackberry handled emails in this way, by default. I hope there is a way of doing so in the Android world as well, and appreciate your input.
