Email Apps

[saptech]

Since Gingerbread got some partial ICS upgrade, my google mail keeps showing two apps in notification area, gmail app and I guess the default Verizon email app.

Now I would like to stop the email app from from getting mail but can't seem to find it in the Application, Manage Apps drawer. I only see gmail app to manage.

How can I stop the vzw app? Any suggestions?

Thnx.

Well, after I got the ICS upgrade a couple weeks ago, I did do a factory reset and this is when it started happening.

I sure don't want to do another FR this soon.

Thnx.

Maybe a bug i would say try a reset back everything up first and see if it goes away
